Screen.club Platform Privacy and Cookie Policy

Here you can find out what information we collect about you when you visit or use screen.club online platform, what we use this information for, who can access it, as well as what rights you have in relation to your privacy.

We confirm that we process your personal data in accordance with the applicable legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, including the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR), other valid data protection legislation and instructions of competent authorities.

1.    Controller of your personal data

When you order an advertising dissemination service from a partner of the screen.club platform of your choice, the data controller of your order for the purpose of fulfilling the order will be this partner, whose identity, contact and data protection officer (if the partner has appointed him/ her) will be visible at the time of placing the order and subsequently tracking the progress of the order.

3.    What information about you do we collect about you for what we use it for, how long do we store it?

3.1. Statistics about the navigation of the site

We are constantly improving our website and platform screen.club, striving to make it as easy and convenient as possible to use it. In order to be able to improve the site, we need to know which information interests visitors to our site the most, from which cities our site is visited, how often visitors return, what browser they use, on what devices the site is most often read, etc. We collect this information using Google Analytics, Lucky Orange and Lead Feeder tools, which allow you to capture and analyze statistical data on the use of the website based on the IP address of your device, as well as the information provided during requests about the device used and its settings. If you prefer that Google Analytics tools do not record information about your web browsing, you can use it.

3.1.1. Legal basis

We process statistical data on browsing the website and platform screen.club in order to pursue legitimate interests – to analyze the effectiveness of our business and services provided and to improve them (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

3.1.2. Duration of storage

We usually use the statistical information collected by Google Analytics tools for up to 2 years. Since this information can only be deleted by our partners, they also set deadlines for its storage, more detailed information here.

3.2. Data of registered platform screen.club customers

When you register on the screen.club platform (https://screen.club/lt/), in order to purchase advertising dissemination services, we will ask for your name, surname, e-mail address, phone number.

If you are registering an account on behalf of your company, we will ask you to additionally indicate the name and code of the company.

When you log in to screen.club account and place orders for the dissemination of advertising, we will also collect the following data from you:

  • data on visiting the platform: the time of the last visit, the established language, the pages visited, the IP address from which the connection was made,
  • data on the services ordered: order numbers, dates, suppliers from whom the services are ordered, nature and parameters of services, duration, quantity, price, payment method, means, payments.

We need this data so that we and our partners, who will take care of the dissemination of your advertising, can provide you with the services you order and that you can use them.

3.2.1. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing the data of registered visitors mentioned herein is the need to conclude and perform a contract for screen.club services to which you are a party (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR).

The legal basis for processing order data is also the need to comply with the legal obligations imposed on us by tax, accounting and other mandatory applicable legal acts (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR).

3.2.2. Duration of storage

Screen.club account data we store all the time while you use the services of this platform and for 10 years after you terminate the service agreement. We store order history data for up to 10 years from the end of the order execution.

We will store data about visiting the platform for 13 months.

3.3. Cookies

In order for this website to work properly, it sometimes saves small data files, so-called cookies, on your device. Most major websites do the same.

3.3.1. What cookies do we use and for what purposes?

The pages of our website use cookies to:

·        recognize if the site is browsed by the same visitor who has already visited,

·        determine whether you have consented to the storage of cookies on your devices.

Also, the site provides access to cookies from our partners:

  • Google cookies are used to collect statistical information about your browsing of the website,
  • Lucky Orange cookies are used to analyze how users interact with the website and what problems they face while browsing. More information about this feature and its privacy can also be found  here.

3.3.2. How to control cookies?

If you wish, you can control and/or delete cookies. You can delete all cookies that are already on your computer and set most browsers so that cookies are not stored on your device. However, in this case, you may need to manually change some options each time you visit the website, and some services and features may not work. In addition, when cookies are deleted or disabled, the cookie consent text will be displayed each time you visit the website. 3.3.3. Legal basis

We can save cookies to your device and then read them only with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR). You have the right to object, you can withdraw your consent at any time using the browser functions described above, or in the cookie management window, which you can access by clicking on the panel image at the bottom of the page.

4.    To whom and why do we pass on your information?

Our employees will have access to your data only to those who need your data to perform the tasks assigned to them and only with strict confidentiality.

Access to your data may be provided by service providers who assist us in the performance of our tasks, i.e. the following categories of service providers:

  • IT service providers (e.g. server hosting, software development and maintenance, etc.);
  • payment service providers and banks handling payments;
  • debt collection agencies and law firms;
  • marketing service providers (e.g. marketing communications, data analytics, surveys, contests, social media services, etc.);
  • customer service and support providers;
  • The details of your service orders will be visible to the screen.club platform partners from whom you have ordered advertising dissemination services, so that these partners can fulfill their obligations towards you.

Your website browsing statistics are protected by our partners, Google Inc. and GoDaddy Inc., who operate outside the European Union, i.e. the United States. For the transfer of your data to the USA, we have concluded agreements with these partners in accordance with the standard terms approved by the EU Commission. You can get acquainted with the terms of these contracts by visiting our central office. Data recipients also participate in the EU-US Privacy System.

Service providers process personal data only on behalf of IKI and must comply with applicable data protection laws. All data processors have been carefully selected and have access to your personal data only to the extent and for the duration necessary to provide the service or to which you have given permission to process and use your personal data.

We may also transfer personal data to public authorities when required to do so by law. We disclose your personal data to third parties only if there is an appropriate legal basis under the GDPR. We may disclose data in the performance of our contractual obligations (e.g. if it is necessary for business relationships or in cooperation with other service providers), in order to protect our legitimate interests (e.g. external auditors or lawyers to ensure the compliance of the company), as well as to fulfill legal obligations (for example, if the data is disclosed to data protection authorities). We may also disclose data for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.

5.    Transmission of data outside the European Economic Area

IKI does not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EU and EEA unless there is a legal basis for doing so. The company may transfer your personal data outside the EU and/or EEA if your explicit consent has been obtained or if this is necessary and an adequate level of data protection is ensured in accordance with the GDPR. Data may be transferred, for example, on the basis of an adequacy decision or on the basis of appropriate standard contractual clauses. 6.    Your rights with regard to the protection of your data

6.1. Right of access

You have the right to request confirmation of whether we are processing personal data related to you. In particular, you can request information about:

  • the purpose of the processing;
  • the categories of personal data processed;
  • the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed (in particular in the case of recipients in third countries or international organisations);
  • the planned period for which the personal data will be stored or, if that is not possible, the criteria for determining this period.

You have the right to receive any information about the origin of personal data, if it has not been received from you, about automated decision-making (including profiling), if applicable.

6.2. Right to rectification

You can request the immediate correction of incorrect personal data about you, which we process, or to supplement incomplete personal data.

6.3. Right to erasure

You can request the erasure of your personal data that we process when:

  • personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • you withdraw your consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal basis for the processing.

6.4. Right to restriction of processing

You can request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful or the data controller no longer needs personal data for the specified processing purposes, but the data subject needs them to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We have the right to refuse to restrict the processing of your personal data for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims, or to protect the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of an important public interest.

6.5. Right to data portability

You have the right to receive the personal data you provide to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or the right to have them transferred to another data controller.

6.6. Right to object and withdraw consent

You have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, that personal data relating to you be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(e) or (f) of the GDPR. In the event of your disagreement, the data controller undertakes to stop processing your personal data, unless it can be shown that there are compelling legitimate grounds for doing so that are more important than your interests, rights and freedoms, or when this is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legitimate claims.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This means that in the future it will no longer be allowed to process personal data on the basis of said consent.

6.7. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can contact the supervisory authority of your place of permanent residence, place of work or place of suspected infringement.
